      Pros

      Great people, real belief in work/life balance, well positioned in the market. Travel opportunities are just incredible. Management makes true commitment to transparency and inclusion.

      Cons

      Like any small company with startup vibes, some instability is just a fact of life. Lack of American management also means missing out on 'normal' American benefits through simple lack of awareness and administration — how health plans work, retirement plans, flex saving plans, etc.

      Pros

      I can't say enough great things about this company! From the CEO's long term vision and strategy to the synergy with the partners, it's all about passion and strategy working together as one. Management encourages creativity and flexible schedules to bring out the best in every employee. Fast growing company with a lot of opportunities if you are onboard to grow and adjust with them.

      Cons

      Can't really thing of any. As a start-up there is a lot of change and fluctuation so as long as you are flexible, there shouldn't be a problem.
