they were more disadvantages regarding this company WFH->not provide travel allowances-> no Shift allowances-> no they even provide tea

It beats being unemployed. Industry experience.

Cons

Incompetent management Micromanaging. Poor HR practices. Lack of structure and policies. Employees are not valued so employee engagement is very low. Management does not believe in work-life balance or WFH.
