      Pros

      The project I'm involved with is kind of interesting. Crunchtime exists but isn't too bad.

      Cons

      There is NO company direction nor culture. CEO and COO are both absent and have no respect for employees nor the work we do. Constantly toxic towards everyone, even yelling in the middle of the office. Constant direction swings for projects, even when development is midway to be finished.

      Nice team, everyone is open to help. For a junior it is a great place to start learning.

      Cons

      Salary without inflation raises. You can end up working in a boring project. Only two vacation weeks.
