- Some of the nicest people you will ever meet, excellent culture - Remote work, flexible with changing locations as well - FitKit subscription
Cons
- Unexperienced management - No room for growth, both in terms of salary and technology stack - Nothing is planned enough, decisions are made on the go and only to satisfy client leads that would ghost them later - Work overload, often working outside of business hours - Several rounds of layoffs in 6 months
