The upper management does not care about employees. They will use you and then dump you. Working overtime and not paid for this. They change people at all departments all the time. Bad culture. No hierarchy. Most of coworkers are trying too hard to convince the boss they are good or they will be fired.

I had a great team that we could communicate and make a crazy amount of work with exceptional impact. (We increased the sales a lot...) You will also make different things, graphic design, video editing, ui, ux, animation, recording tvc... while getting paid 1k...

Cons

The teams are toxic, and the CEO fired people because of sexual preference. Also sexually harassed women and he usually fires people after 5-6 years for no reason. Just to "refresh" his company without warning.
