Pros

The staff that works in the Brentwood location are so hard working and a pleasure to work with

Cons

1. Unorganized and lacking in systems. Every roll out of a new procedure is done in a lazy fashion. Always resulting in excessive changes that could have been made in advance with thorough thinking and strategic planning. 2. Culture - this company has created a culture where you get promoted based on who your friends with. This culture starts with the CEO and ends with as low as the dishwashers. I am all about networking but some extreme ethical negligence due to who you know is a big area of opportunity. Lots of major issues intentionally ignored which may result in the harm of employees, vendors and patrons. 3. Growth Opportunities - there is no real measurement of how well you’re doing or growth. There are a lot of promises made to people and no follow through. Granted, this was when other leadership was in place but I saw not much difference following. 4. Integrity - in my opinion this company lacks in integrity. It’s a bunch of people stabbing each other in the back and talking ill on one another. A lot of pitting people against one another. Also, hiding or ignoring major ethical issues such as hostile work environments, sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions.

Pros

Really nice people work here, and they work very hard with great care towards the food that is being put out.

Cons

Upper management company wide is a mess. They would ask us to implement changes to open/close times with less than 12 hours notice. It’s disrespectful to our staff and their lives and time, no one should be expected to adapt to that. This is just one example of the bad communication, impulsive company changes, and lack of care for their employees that became the norm in 2022-2023
