      - Family owned, so small business and only one location - Bosses are very understanding - What’s expected is clear - Nice area, not too far from guitar hotel casino, also night shifts aren’t too late - Good work environment

      - Some customers try to get free food and post bad reviews if you don’t comply - Sometimes hard to find someone to cover your shift

      Pros

      rewarded for hard/good work (raises etc) staff are very friendly and good too work with Manager was friendly and helpful. worked around uni timetable

      Cons

      work life balance is hard with hours owner can act irrational and thinks everything is a personal attack on him and his business owner is rude to staff even in front of customers owner kept tips
