Pros
The office is nice, everybody has a big table and enough private space. Birthday gifts and group gathering from time to time. Colleagues are also very nice.
Cons
Management is a bit off. No benefits.

Pros
Get paid 40 hours a week, 5 sick days a year, work-life balance, laidback office. Free lunch 1x a month!
Cons
General manager only works from home, and will only come if you need a signature from them. No job advancement. Lies about the benefits being put to place after 6 months (it's been years!). You work here and suddenly you're back in 2003. Little to no collaboration, depending what your role is. Would write everything on a piece of paper is their main communication method.
