Business outlook
Pros
Good community feel, not only between patients and staff, but also between most staff to staff interactions. There is also good and available interaction with doctor's.
Cons
There is a disparity between general/ancillary staff and RN's and Resident/Interns. Disrespect abounds. Codes and rapids are attended by too many residents and interns so much so that other professions cannot even enter the patient area to care for the patient.
