Missing Leadership

Pros

-Work from home or in office options, and work from anywhere days for some weeks each year. -Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Most of the C level doesn't really lead or do management. They do the regular employee work instead. Lots of misalignment between the teams, but the management don't try to fix it. There needs to be communication and policies for how to do things. Work is a lot of times chaos. Lots of putting out fires. We are supposed to be very loyal to the company, but when people question how things are done the CEO doesn't accept it. And the rest of the management doesn't make changes either.

Pros

-There were a few talented colleagues who were great to work with. -The office environment was modern and well-equipped.

Cons

Lack of Communication: The management frequently left employees in the dark about company decisions, creating an environment of uncertainty and anxiety. Job Insecurity: The company has a history of sudden layoffs, leaving employees with no notice and no clear explanation. This creates an unstable work environment where it’s hard to feel secure in your role. Questionable Management Practices: Decisions often seemed to prioritize short-term financial gains over the well-being and development of employees. The company’s priorities and strategies often shift frequently, with projects and initiatives that were previously emphasized sometimes being deprioritized or discontinued within a short time frame.
