Seems like a good initial company outlook during interviews Flexible / hybrid work model

Cons

What you can expect working for PlanRadar: - Ongoing mass staff resignations and layoffs from all teams, high employee turnover - Slow, unclear, bureaucratic and wasteful internal decision-making processes - HQ has no interest in taking on regional feedback in terms of competitor market saturation, economic & business outlook, or genuine tactics to improve business revenue growth - Organization framework & structure is not actually suitable for most global regions, but HQ refuses to adapt - Total lack of management transparency from team leads & CEOs alike - teams are left completely in the dark about changes to their team structure, resources and objectives every quarter - Extremely slow and inadequate hiring process for replacing lost staff - Employees are micromanaged, belittled, bullied and overworked with constantly shrinking resources & budgets - Toxic leadership is actively enabled or covered up - bullying, harassment, gossip and unethical behavior is widespread - Most teams outside of HQ are left to struggle on their own with virtually no genuine support - Sales support & SDR resources are unskilled, inadequate and constantly make embarrassing mistakes - Company-wide commission schemes, sales quota bonuses and KPI bonuses are constantly being taken away at whim - Salary packages average considerably lower than competitors at all levels And 100% guarantee they’ll use an AI bot to write a generic, noncommittal corporate response to this review too.

Pros

Most companies tend to go into global market expansions with clear business goals, proper operational resourcing, sound hiring practices and adequate preparation. I want to congratulate the PlanRadar CEOs on barely beating the odds and somehow managing to convince the investors to not fire them all

Cons

Anyone with common sense is leaving. Both the Global Sales and Marketing Directors quit in less than a year in their roles, and the CEOs tried to say the resignations are a ‘strategic business decision’. They haven’t fooled anyone. Every decision the CEOs makes sets their own employees back further. If you’re not the boss’s favourite, expect to be treated like garbage. They’ll promise you whatever they want to get you to cooperate, but it’s all hot air and lies. At this point, it seems like HQ is just waiting for teams to fail as an excuse to reduce support even more - so the teams have even less chance of success

Wir möchten nichts schönreden – in einem Unternehmen, das schnell wächst und sich laufend verändert, läuft nicht immer alles perfekt. Veränderungen im Führungsteam oder bei Strukturen bringen oft Unruhe mit sich. Trotzdem glauben wir, dass diese Schritte nötig waren, um PlanRadar langfristig gut aufzustellen. Deine Enttäuschung über bestimmte Erfahrungen – ob in Bezug auf Führung, Kommunikation oder das Miteinander – nehmen wir ernst. Solche Rückmeldungen helfen uns, zu reflektieren, wo wir besser werden müssen. Wir haben bereits unterschiedliche Maßnahmen unternommen, um uns zu verbessern. Pros

Quite flexible working hours and that is it

Cons

The worst company to work for. “Team Leads” are the most unprofessional humans, bonus targets changed every two seconds, toxic environment and gossips. Very high turnover. Lack of money and investments, after the big investment over an year ago, I could really feel the constant pressure on cost cutting from the Company.

However, we're concerned about the challenges you faced during your tenure. We understand that the termination of an employment relationship is always associated with emotions, but we would like to address the points mentioned from a more rational perspective. We carefully select our leaders and invest significantly in leadership programs. Should there be any individual issues with a leader, HR is always available to provide support. Creating a positive work environment and prioritizing employee well-being are important to us. Last year, for example, we implemented the Confidants Program – a network of trusted individuals where employees can discuss topics. This year, we introduced a mental health tool to support our employees, both personally and with work-related topics. However, HR is always available to support any employee who feels uncomfortable in their work environment. As we operate in a highly agile environment, our commission and bonus systems are regularly adapted to align with our strategy and the market we operate in.
