Pros
They removed all the pros like a hybrid working, good OT and since they moved the place we have nothing to give back.
Cons
Since They moved the office I have had to pay more transportation bills and I need to wake up earlier to get there but they didn't care about anything. My manager is like a micromanage she tries to look at everything I have done with no trust. And they canceled the WFH hybrid working now I had to pay more bills and no help from them. Now I know why this place turnover rate is so damn high.
