      - Talented staff who are well-credentialed, friendly, and care about their clients deeply - Well-built infrastructure designed for growth and excellent client service - Strong ties to the community, with volunteerism and community engagement being at the core of much of what they do - Welcoming, helpful, engaging culture with comprehensive onboarding and employee nurturing programs

      Incredibly proud to work for a company that truly puts its people first. I am impressed with the leadership team's commitment to employee development, positive culture, and dedication to maintaining a positive work-life balance,

      As they continue to grow it might be hard to maintain such a great culture but so far they've succeeded.

      There are a lot! Great culture - everyone is very willing to help each other out. There are a lot of opportunities for career path growth as the firm continues to grow. And it is great to work in a no commission, fiduciary environment

      I cant think of any major cons currently. There are always things to improve but nothing that limits my work or career path
