Pros
There were non really but if I had to select something I would say working with my co workers. Their humor made the day pass quickly. Also not being micromanaged was a big plus.
Cons
Practically everything. Having either no equipment or poor equipment which made completing our duties much more difficult. Also having some co workers talk negatively about each other. Poor management.
