The reason the prices are so high is to take advantage of tourists. And that's exactly what they do. Bait & switch technique to get people in the doors. False prices online showing what looks like great deals for everyone...nope, just locals. "Largest dispensary in the world.." More like the largest crap-show. Ownership likes to walk around without masks on but have security bully customers and employees about not wearing them properly, have employees taken out in cuffs for minor violations in front of peers and customers to intimidate other employees. Most if not all employees are high as kites while they work. Including and especially management. You can literally walk around for 8 hours and get paid for it. Nobody has a clue!! COVID-19 running through the place like wildfire and they do not even let anyone know to take precautions when someone tests positive...they seem to hide it. Do not be fooled by the size of the place and all the products. Employees are pawns for ownership, the GM and management have no management or leadership experience. They only care about your $$$$ and nothing else. Fantastic budtenders and team that get taken advantage of by ownership. Oh and by the way TIP YOUR BUDTENDER!!! They are well educated in cannabis and do not make commission.

Unorganized management, under qualified management in most departments. One particular was very disrespectful, luckily he moved departments.
