Lots of roles and client opportunity, working with top sales people Flexibility unlike most other recruitment companies with freedom to pick your home working days and start times Can earn a lot of money if you want to do lots of placements repeatedly!

Cons

Competitive environment and one focused heavily on growth and expansion - not for everyone!
