The products are fun and exciting. The team is enthusiastic and enjoyable. Management is supportive and focused on growth through customer satisfaction, not on making a quick deal. For a dealership they continue to demonstrate a strong belief in work/life balance while also coaching for top performance.
Cons
Retail is a very challenging environment and the Planet Powersports teams and management have handled the challenges of CV-19 and it's ups and downs with equal concern for employees and the customer. They are process driven, which is great in establishing how things get done, and you need to be able to succeed in semi-structured work environment where you are held accountable for your work and responsibilities.
