'Tech bro' attitude from some of the counselors who like to man-splain. One of the counselors kept bragging about owning two houses from bitcoin earnings.
Nepotism/favoritism based on if you have relatives who are associated with the camp or attended the camp as a camper/counselor promoted to director.
Questionable management policies/unawareness of labor laws-ie no lunch breaks offered; required to eat lunch with the campers.
Counselors have no respect for director's knowledge and expertise/possible ageism/sexism.
Management prefers to fire their staff rather than work things out. Their idea of 'mediation' is more nepotism/favoritism.
