      You could have a flexible schedule but it's really up to the manager. Subsidized plan

      Poor management Benefits & insurance only comes after ONE FULL YEAR of working for the company. Complaints from employees were never taken care of They fire a lot At the end of the day you are a number and not a human being Girls are sexually harassed by one of the director from head office; sexual comments

      You can make money if you're ok with selling the wrong device to the customer and charging them non existant fee.

      Cons

      Advancement is near impossible. The first value of the company is cash and they don't care how you make it.

      Pros

      Fun work environment, people are very nice, flexible hours and vacation. Provides a safe environment to excell in the work place. Employees are well surrounded if in need of help or coaching.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Favoritism. Does NOT give salary increases no matter how long you've worked there or how much you've earned it. Does not give recognition where recognition is due.
