      Pros

      Great Place to work in Engineering. The Engineering Leader spends more time in his hometown of Indore than in the office. No need to learn any real AI. Just learn to talk smart Leaders are more interested in cutting cost on food and snacks. So no time for real work.

      Cons

      No Bonus to employees since last 1.5 years Hike only for favourites No parking space alloted for 2 wheelers. Only for cars US employee visit and travel in Business Class. But India employee travel in economy class. Lots of bias against India. Many implementation and DI roles moving back to US

      Pros

      great people who all work together and for each other.

      Cons

      Planful states that: '..... our new CEO has led five companies to successful exits.' This is factually incorrect. Adaptive was sold in 2018 4 years after he stepped down as CEO in 2014 to become a senior advisor. Avetta was sold in 2024 after he stepped down as CEO in 2019 to be an investor in the company.
