May take longer than expected to move up within the company due to lack of proactiveness to back-fill position.

Workforce planning is ongoing within our Leadership team and something we do our best to predict, assess and resource appropriately. In instances we cannot predict an employee departing and when we have a need to replace a position, sometimes it doesn't happen as quickly as we'd all like - the reason being we are strategic about our hiring to ensure we find the right candidate to fill the position and compliment the team.

Office is clean, modern furniture, complimentary snacks, and drinks. Most people are really nice, and genuinely care.

Cons

Hard to grow, very clicky environment, no pay transparency.
