Pros
- Fun projects to work on -Great boss and colleagues -Lots of exposure to the industry -401k for full timers -Flexibility with where you can work (laptops) -Accommodating
Cons
-There tends to be some visible favoritism, with certain team members receiving more recognition or high-profile projects. That said, this seems to be a fairly common across most interior design firms I’ve worked with. -Long hours especially close to project deadlines or during installations.
