      No Company Morale or Communication

      Pros

      Hours are flexible. IT is great.

      Cons

      High Turnover in Accounting, No training, lack of communication. GL Controller, does nothing but walk around, be gross and is disrespectful to his boss. No leadership or guidance

      - Anticipated change in direction - Perceived change in leadership - Great products and brands with opportunity to grow - Incredible people and family-like culture - Credibility in the market/industry (until recently)

      Cons

      - Lack of authenticity - Lack of follow-thru - Distrust among leadership - Dishonesty with PNL - Tension within leadership team, owners, etc. that impacted the quality of the work - Lack of process and tools needed to do ones job effectively - Countless lay-offs and paranoia among offices - Hyper-focus on leaders receiving bonuses while layoffs were taking place

      Nice co workers. Could have been a great company

      Cons

      Wasted a couple of years of my life working there. Lots of unethical practices. Upper management does not seem to know what their doing. I have never seen so many smart employees just quit even without another job lined up anywhere.
