      Can't list any beside some good colleagues.

      Non-competent management, non-consistent actions, immediate reactions based on personal feelings, micromanagement, no strategy, accusing people with non-realistic problems.

      The scam company

      Pros

      The office in Budapest is in central location. Salary was quite ok. International environment.

      Cons

      The company's main service is based on a lie. Meaning that during an implementation project and later in the business as usual phase you are forced to lie to your client. Upper management is poor, no soft skills. Operation is disorganized, no clear functions. Onboarding process is miserable. Professional project managers avoid this company !

      - Salary is not bad - Location is OK

      - Really bad (micro)management - The overall profile is a scam - The leadership has nothing to motivate the fellow workers - The whole atmosphere felt "fake" - but it is highly subjective - smoke and mirrors basicly
