Pros
Management does actually care about each employee’s wellbeing. They are willing to work around an employee’s personal lives (i.e. family emergencies, childcare issues, etc.) provided the employee is hardworking and dedicated.
Cons
Staffing shortages (CNAs and RN Supervisors) can make a shift difficult to manage and affect the attitudes of other employees. Some senior management can improve on their leadership skills and how they motivate employees to get the job done. With staffing shortages, less than ideal employees rarely receive consequences for poor attendance or poor performance.
