Pros
Provided a basic kit for protection and quality work clothing / good accumulative offset benefits for phone and gas/ health and safety standards upheld/ exposure to many aspects of garden maintenance beyond weeding.
Cons
Prospects do not exist though touted heavily throughout the lengthy interview process. Once employed, employee monitoring and micromanaging replace trust in any employee skill set. Lacking from the environment overall are the expected leadership, and 'team' aspects- usually associated with successful physical exterior work projects. Inappropriate verbal aggression by management is tolerated by Owners.
