Pros
Nice and modern new office with all of the facilities you need (including lunch provided). Friendly and polite team where everyone feels aligned on working towards the same goals. The company do a great job of making you feel valued and everything generally feels very well run and organised.
Cons
I honestly couldn't fault the company on anything so far. They always seem to be looking at ways to improve and provide a better work experience for employees.
