Pros

It is a good Bank to retire. Retirement benefits are competitive. The Bank promotes a good work life balance and keeps the employees engaged through its Bank wide activities.

Cons

Pay is expected to be low given its not one of the biggest Bank in the country. Some managers are not supportive of internal moves as they are afraid to lose people and train new ones for the job.
