Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about your time at Planview. Our teams have grown significantly over the last few years with investment across all areas of the business. Sales, Sales Operations and GTM areas have been focus areas for growth, but other areas of the business have been part of significant investment plans including Engineering, Information & Security, Customer Care, Customer Success, HR & Talent, and Finance. To ensure we can meet our strategic goals, we have been thoughtful about where we add talent and how teams can work together effectively. Building teams in central locations, where they can collaborate regularly, while still supporting a global team, is critical to future success. Although, we have had some teams impacted by realigning resources, these actions were not taken lightly or due to business performance.
One of our most critical strategic goals is Strengthening our Talent Culture, which includes important initiatives like leadership development (introduction of our Leadership Model), building a more structured approach to career coaching, internal mobility progression through Career Frameworks and focusing on purposeful connection experiences that bring our teams at global offices together in new and exciting ways. We believe we are stronger as a team when we have a culture where our employees can represent, celebrate, and share who they are which is why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is something we support through the leadership of our Employee Resource Groups. More recently we have been certified as a "Great Place to Work" which is largely due to survey responses by our employees who provide feedback on our culture, career development opportunities, benefits and other important work practices.
