Constant change at whims of CEO and his ego Massively high turnover rate (C Suite might be highest) No real advancement opportunities Mismanaged at every opportunity (from a business level) No real morality other than profit Dwindling workforce being stretched thinner by the day

Quitting the role at this job.

Cons

Founder-led company where the CEO believes he personally does everything and knows everything. In reality, it creates a chaotic environment where decisions change on a whim and no one else’s expertise is trusted. Micromanagement is constant, credit flows upward, and accountability flows downward. The company talks a lot about “ownership” but in practice you’re just executing whatever idea the founder woke up with that morning. If you enjoy working for someone who thinks they’re the smartest person in every room, this might be the place for you.
