Good to start as a trainee, learn a couple of things

Was let go because too many forklift drivers damaged the products. Not sure how it was my fault but I was fired unfairly

Pros
I liked the friendly, family-oriented culture. They are encouraging of you to learn about other departments. Managers are easy to talk to. The owner and CEO is very approachable and nice. They offer hybrid and remote options in sales.
Cons
At the time I worked there, there seemed to be limited opportunities for growth so I eventually moved on. I have heard since then that they have expanded across departments, upgraded job roles and titles, and are trying to be more attractive to outside employees. They start you off with low vacation amounts in the start. Also, they only had 6 paid holidays when I worked there.
