      Pros

      Great people in the California office. The people tend to be smart, work well together, and there is a pretty good atmosphere.

      Cons

      The underlying technology is way too expensive for it to take off. Having international offices makes life harder, especially since there is a different feel to each location.

      Cool environment for somebody who has a passion in organic electronics like me.

      Cons

      There is no product, and so no future and present. A permanent contract could be cancelled in an overnight decision. We were around 60 engineers redundant in a day! March 2014
