- Air Conditioned in most departments.

Cons

-Management hates to be challenged when proven wrong. - Some office management in charge is incapable of leading a team. - HR is a joke and won’t have your back. Fake. - Not everyone treated fairly. Certain departments do not get a chance at extra bonus because upper management do not have any respect for them. -NO AC for shipping and maintenance department. Everyone else has it and is told just to deal with it. Again, they can but no respect. - Lots of forced OT because they can not keep employees happy. - No career advancement possible.

Terrible work/life balance. No sick days. Management does not care about individuals unless you are a brown-noser. A lot of discrimination happening here. And don't bother being honest when they ask you how things are going on the job or with overall company improvement. They want you to tell them that everything is great. If you say otherwise consistently they will target you and drive you out as fast as they can.
