Great company to work for as long as you can produce results! The owners take care their employees like family. Good benefits, fair salary, and offer annual reviews. When company is doing well, everyone will receive an additional incentive bonus. Good team members and willingness to do more for each other. Offer state of the art workout facility and have the best massage chairs for employees to use when need to relax. Company is willing to invest in their employees by offering additional outside training for self improvement to become better leaders. Work hard and play hard philosophy! Host annual company picnic and Christmas party for employees to party! Also give Christmas gifts to employees and their kids. Many long time loyal employees have stayed with the company for over 20+ years. When you spend this much time with each other, you learn to respect and love each other like a family.
Cons
Annual reviews can be stressful, due 10% of the company employees need to get a low rating for poor performance. Everyone is being compared to each other, from entry level employees to seasoned veterans. This is always a bad experience for the manager and his/her employees. Hope we can improve on this annual review process. .
