      The management team respects professinalism. As long as you are a hard worker, with professional inputs to your work, your efforts count. The coulture is simple and open. You feel relaxed and sense of meanings here.

      Not a big company, if you like the feeling of leading a team, it's not a good choice.

      Workers are very smart, flexible, careful about their work, and considerate of their coworkers

      Cons

      While the company's leadership had been commendable initially, it became apparent that their handling of financial matters was negligent. This negligence eventually led to a situation where many of us were FORCED to consider new opportunities, unfortunately without receiving our corresponding severance packages.
