The company itself is average, the G6 contract is awful.

Pros
Great foot in the door to get IT on your resume and get a Secret clearance. The company outside of the G6 contract seemed pretty decent. Great opportunity to move to numerous better contracts that pay well and have better training such as the NEC or even move into the government side as a federal employee.
Cons
Ultra high turnover rate. Very unorganized. Job titles don't really mean anything unless you're in a specialized roll like SysAdmin or SharePoint. Management will deceive you. You'll get generic "you can do anything!" here but you'll be in line with everyone else wanting to move up.
