To be completely honest, the Per Scholas side is a company that truly cares about the work that they're doing. The employee perks are really nice, HR is fair, and the office space is new and clean
Cons
MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE! They have people leading this company that has NO idea on how to lead. One manager walks around all day laughing and joking while the other one "works" from home basically doing nothing. When in the office they think leading effectively means being a drill sergeant. The company has so much potential, but if it continues to move in this direction it will lose all its talent. From staff to students!
