Pros

Excellent company to work for. Leadership has sensible expectations, and the culture is very inviting.

Cons

Occasionally, as in every company with marketing/sales departments, deals are made with tighter timelines than engineering would like. Also, requirements can be on the vague side.

Pros

Had a good time until now

Cons

I have been at this company for a few years and the Israel/Palestine conflict has introduced me to behavior to the company I was not expecting. I understand everyone is passionate and may be hurting from this conflict but the issue I have is the CEO shared their personal thoughts on the conflict without considering their employees may have family or friends living on the other side of the conflict. They claim to share a resource and say it doesn’t cover the entire conflict, and to find other resources on your own and proceeds to share a resource that is pro to one side only. The CEO also called people protesting for the other side disgusting and didn’t even consider they are protesting for their country and not a group we all disagree with. It makes a person feel so uncomfortable when reading these emails. I find it extremly inappropriate to be using your position to influence other’s opinions and not sharing unbiased resources for the conflict. I find it problematic when a high level position shares a very facebook esque informational on the conflict. It’s not the job of the executives to be influencing our opinions. If you are going to be mentioning the conflict you better damn mention the deaths on both sides. And, I promise when the other side experiences anything, I never recieved an email about the other side. This company had so many workshops on intersectionality and bringing your full self to work but I promise if someone else had responded with unbiased information on the conflict, they would be fired. Especially when the the executives imply we have no room for the other side in this organization.
