Management is hypocritical. Expecting perfection when they are making mistakes themselves. The job expectations are larger than what one peron can accomplish. The former Marketing Coordinator in my position told me this as well as experiencing it. The Board of Directors is overwhelming male. Each company department has feelings of different discrimination categories in it.

Management is unwilling to hold all employees accountable for their work performance causing other employees to pick up the slack. Management has a lack of communication and even though they offer flexible scheduling they are not supportive of it. Does not have many females in upper management and seems to not support female leadership within the C Suite positions. Also, the pay scale is sorely lacking considering the rate of inflation and the maximum raise rates offered does not even come close covering the new cost of living.
