Pros

Play Interactive has been a valuable platform for growth, especially for those who are willing to learn and step outside their comfort zones. The company might be a SME, but it offers real exposure to branding, licensing, and international partnerships—opportunities rarely found elsewhere. Leadership provides staff with multiple chances to improve and even supports team members beyond work, including initiatives to care for the stray dogs in the area (a kind gesture that has been twisted unfairly in some reviews). The team culture is friendly and collaborative, especially among those who are responsible and committed.

Cons

The company may not be the right fit for individuals looking for hand-holding or those unwilling to take ownership of their responsibilities. Unfortunately, some former staff took advantage of the lenient environment, arriving late, failing to meet deadlines, and not delivering results—despite being given second and third chances. It’s disheartening to see such individuals leave and resort to posting unfair, exaggerated reviews as retaliation.
