      It is a rewarding job and leadership and workers are very nice.

      Cons

      US daycare system are broken, so it is impossible for daycare to pay more for daycare teachers. High turnover rate.

      Was able to meet a lot of great people when working there. The management team were great and the owners were extremely easy to get along with. Nothing but great things to say about this company.

      Nothing that comes to my mind. I really enjoyed my experience.
