Toxic leadership and zero growth potential – proceed with caution
Pros
The only pro I can think of is that we went to paris last year but this year we it isn't in buget
Cons
Where do I even begin? The leadership at this company is extremely cutthroat. Employees are regularly let go without clear justification, creating a constant sense of fear and instability. Since I started, nearly 20 people have either quit or been fired—out of just 25 total employees in the NYC office. That kind of turnover speaks volumes. The CEO is almost always in the office and exhibits deeply insecure, micromanaging behavior. He frequently operates from a place of ego rather than strategy, and the rest of the leadership team caters to him rather than focusing on what’s best for the business or its employees. There’s no clear path for career advancement. Growth opportunities are non-existent, and there's very little investment in employee development or long-term planning. The work culture is reactive, not proactive. From a business standpoint, we’re getting crushed by our competitors. Our pricing is uncompetitive, deals are stalling, and sales targets are not being met. Account Executives are under immense pressure, but without the tools or support to succeed. Unless you're in an absolutely desperate situation, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
