Because we’re a smaller, close-knit team, there are more chances to take on leadership roles and have your voice heard. Our environment is collaborative and supportive—our RBTs are dedicated, compassionate, and truly team-oriented. Fieldwork students benefit from a high volume of indirect hour opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on experience across various settings.
Cons
As a newer ABA clinic, we’re still in the process of refining many internal policies and systems. While this means your feedback can help shape the direction of the company, it may also be challenging for individuals who prefer highly structured or established environments.
