So many are there, its even hard to write all of them.
- Hike will not be based only on your performance. Everything will be noticed like you are staying late in office as your seniors are staying even if your work is complete. How many breaks you are taking for tea and lunch and all will be noticed.
- Top management will hardly appreciate your work.
- No hierarchy, you can't put your complaints. As hr will be speaking to you only as company representative all the times.
- worst policies like if you are 10 minutes late in office, your quarter day leave will be deducted. You can take simultaneous leave for more than some 2-3 days. Worst part . around 10 leaves were wasted when i left company. Very hard to get leave there as he will trick you all the times that we are small company, project is at critical condition.
- Its a Game studio, but they even do not know what should be company structure. No designer is there, No producer. Few people from top hierarchy will do all those things and will disturb you all the times. As they did not design the game in the beginning so changes keep on happening .
- No personal development as environment is like you are working in a shop. No interpersonal development like big companies.
- Top management's mentality is like we should not hire girls as they can't work as much as boys. they can't stay late. Cheap things happening in office.
- You will never be given sufficient time to learn new things. It will always be expected that you learn things from home. Only lead can take any time to learn new things. After their learning it will be taken for granted that everyone knows those things as team lead knows it.
- I would say worst company to join in as a fresher and even after that. Only thing is that you will stay in beautiful city chandigarh.
- Company will pay less salary to students of other colleges who are not from NITs(NIT Hamirpur, NIT kurukshetra). Difference was huge like 15k to others and 30k to NIT ones. First criteria for judging you is from which college you belong to .
- There was always shortage of plastic glasses for water, plastic spoons, no coffer power, tea bags etc. They will always show that they even do not have money to spend on such things. No coffee vending machine. You will get tea from milk powder.
- During review management will say it only takes two things pass or fail. So you have completed your task or not. Nobody was there to help you, how can you always complete your task. Even if you complete your task they will say it took more time. Nobody had any idea about that thing, you did it for the first time, how can you say i took more time because team lead can do it in less time.
