Free snacks, organized team events, modern office, decent health care benefits.

Cons

Lack of direction and erratic changes to overall business and product strategy with little communication to employees. Extremely high turnover rate as employees are blamed (and laid off), rather then management actually trying to improve a product that is well behind market. Unprofessional HR and management. Clear favoritism. Don’t expect any upward mobility. Inflexible and overall toxic work environment. Very misleading during interview - classic bait and switch.

Cons

Pay is very low, lack of transparency, leadership, mentorship, and care for employees. The most savage treatment of employees I have ever seen. They use at-will as a rule, not a guideline. Management does not allow employees to learn & grow. You are judged for every small action and your personal life choices are used against you.Massive disorganization across the globe.

- Clear favoritism. - No upward mobility. - Constant anxiety among staff and an overall feeling that anyone can be fired at any time. - Terrible communication. - Poor management structure. - HR is erratic and unprofessional. - Inconsistency in direction. Evident struggle to follow past viral success.
