      Pros

      Work-life balance is amazing. Outstanding benefits package. Good work for a good cause. Welcoming company overall

      Cons

      Can be isolating if you're not in the inner circle. Unrealistic expectations for quotas. Disproportionate pay hierarchy, but their benefits are much better than most. Not as diverse as they think they are.
