Unlimited PTO, ability to work at multiple locations.

Cons

They are fully remote so the benefits that Playfly has may not be the benefits given to you by the location you work. Example - Playfly offers WFH on Tuesdays and Fridays, but at my location WFH is not eligible.

Cons

Senior management weren't great. Hard to grow in the company. Was top 10 in most categories and still couldn't grow unless I went to a new school.
