Pros

- awesome coworkers in my team - (not higher ups/managers) - use their contract to negotiate raise at your current company - do not leave or they will make you jobless in terrible time to find job Explained more on cons.

Cons

They reached out to me while I was employed. Left my company to join them like many they let go this year and they said my experience was a "perfect fit". They sugar coated a lot: - unlimited holidays? Sure. But not for every team, maybe only for higher ups. You took few days off and higher ups will get angry why task needs extra days - idk maybe deadlines are insanely strict it drains people, one before another ended, it stresses out teams? Unlimited holidays is not real because they make game and start another game when previous one isn't even finished. I worked for 3 other BIG iGaming companies and here they have craziest deadlines. - I was lucky to find a new job within month of being let go - during that time recruiters asked me why I have such a short time at Playnetic - just for them to tell me how many employees they let go due to overhiring and possible poor financing. It's ridiculous to take people out of their jobs and make them jobless within 3-6 months. - poor management and terrible managers/HR team. Most toxic and "fake nice" higher ups i dealt with. - paying insane money to art directors and art director lead (yes people whisper around what you offered art directors that accepted or decided joining 60-80k - interview salary discussions didn't include signing any NDA) so they have to fire others who had good salary and hire people who ask for barely 30k a year. Insane exploitation for middle roles. 30k is barely junior salary!!! -meetings are awkward, managers should have chatting skills and being able to bring team together, - the other two reviews are from hiring manager and someone higher up who talks to CEO. There is no "people first" at this company. It's higher ups first and the rest is "byeeeeee we overhired from wrong countries and more people applied during your time with us 👋 "

Pros

Team of talented colleagues before 2025

Cons

Layoffs happen without any prior notice or proper explanation. Outstanding salary payments remain unresolved for many terminated employees. Communication from HR and management about these issues is unclear and often evasive. Additionally, it’s obvious that many of the overly positive reviews here are written by managers to create a false image of the company.
