Pros

Playworks has a supportive and mission-driven culture. Leadership really cares about the impact the organization makes on kids and communities. The training and professional development opportunities are excellent, and the team is collaborative, energetic, and fun to work with. It’s a place where you feel like your work matters.

Cons

Honestly not many. Nonprofit work can sometimes mean limited resources, but the passion of the team makes up for it.
