recruit fresh blood and talent...and remove the junk ones...i dont know what to say more..cause i didint find any pros

great indian politics are going on in plazma technologies...Old employees who are working on since last 15-16 years with no technical degrees bully new employee...and they are always jealous to their peers or their junior ones...salary timing is not fixed..they paid salary in installment basis
